Catavela by Denavolo is a wonderful, easy going Italian wine with a very minimal amount of skin-contact. We would consider this vintage more macerated  than usual Expect Catavela to be aromatic and light, expressing the flavour profile of Malvasia, Marsanne and Ortugo alongside yellow apples, pears and minerality
