Axel Prüfer released wines under the Brutal name, but these were always his most popular wines, so in defiance of how popular the Brutal brand has now become, he has started his own label made in a similar unexpected style.

Previous vintage notes

At just 9.5% this wine is truly light! Unlike previous vintages this Cinsault features balanced V.A which lifts its energy rather than distracts! Earthyness and cherry bursts make this incredibly nice . We actually guessed it wrong when blind tasting as a High-acid Jura red!

This wine is more stable than most Axel Prüfer wines in previous vintages, but should still be drunk in one night rather than the next day.
