Nuits Noires 2023 is a natural wine crafted by Clos Bateau, in the Beaujolais region in France. This red wine is made with Gamay grapes.

About Nuit Noires from Clos Bateau

While making our baby Joujou, we kept some of the grapes for Nuit Noires.
The vinification method is quite the same, the only thing we changed is an open top fermentation and a part of it aged on used Burgundy barrels which give it a different touch. It’s a special cuvée to explore.

Production of just 850 bottles

We ship every Wednesday. Order by Tuesday 10am.
