Alba Mixtura is an AWESOME natural wine crafted by Dluhe Grefty, in the Moravia region in Czech Republic. This white wine is made with Riesling, Pinot Blanc and Grüner Veltliner grapes. It offers a unique flavour profile we adore, which makes it both interesting and a conversation starter.

Tasting Alba Mixtura by Dluhe Grefty

Alba Mixtura is a wine with a salty profile, yet also savoury and herbacioius. Experience it blossom in the glass, evolving dramatically within 15 minutes. INSANE VALUE for it's complexity but somehow VERY drinkable and highly gastronomic at the same time!

We found interesting notes of cherry blossom and super flavoursome wild herbs.

The wine kinda reminds us of a Gin and Tonic in some ways... with a splash of Elderflower, some salty touches and sprinkle of pepper. REALLY COOL WINE and TOTALLY UNIQUE!
