Meinklang 'Foam Vulkan' is a pet nat from the large Burgenland winery in Austira. This crisp fizz is refreshing, acidic, and a little sour too - in the best way possible! 

Notes of zippy green, apples, cucumber, limes and pear - this is IDEAL if you crave fresh acidity in the heat!
