Francois-Rousset Martin | Jura Wine

Natural Wine producer François Rousset-Martin studied biology and oenology in Burgundy before moving back to his native south of Jura, to make his own wine - like his grandfather and father did before him. He mostly works with Savagnin, but also some Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Poulsard. The white wines especially are full of depth, minerality and precision - we strongly recommend you try these wines, and if you get a chance to try his aged Vin Jaunes ... you're in for a real treat!
