Laurent Saillard came from the restaurant side of gastronomy in New York, over to the Loire valley to make refreshing, easy going wines.
Following a tough vintage where almost all grapes were lost, he called on friends for help to sell him grapes and make Negoce wines for his 2020 vintage. However, popular wines like Lucky You and La Pause are the newer vintages with the domain fruit.
