Bliss 2025

Vinyes Tortuga “Bliss” 2025 comes out of the rugged Alt-Empordà in Catalonia, where vineyards sit between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean, shaped by wind, sun, and strong coastal influence. The fruit (Merlot and Grenache Noir) is grown on a mix of rocky, mineral soils and sea-influenced sites, giving both tension and brightness in the final wine.

Whilst we have not yet tried this one, we hear it is a wine that sits deliberately on the edge -technically a red, but made more like a light extraction, almost rosé-like expression. It’s all about freshness and energy rather than structure.
