Michael Wenzel is a natural wine producer from the pretty little town of Rust in Austria's Burgenland. Wenzel is known for his popular wines like Tauchgang Wild & Free, Furmint aus dem Quarz, Fränk and Lockvogel. The Wild and Free range generally means the wine has seen some skin-contact, and we have found all of Michael Wenzel's wines from his entry level bottlings to his premium Pinot Noir microplots offer excellent quality and Burgenland expressions.
