Rudolf and Rita Trossen make this Riesling wine with grapes grown on 40 year old vines, grown on slate soils.  This Silbermond Feinherb 2022 wine is sulphured with 23mg/l, so will be a different experience to his more natural range. Technically, this is not a natural wine, as it is also filtered.

Feinherb is a term used to describe a wine that lies inbetween dry and off-dry. So, it's not sweetm but not fully dry either.

We hear the acidity is quite crisp and impressive
