Edilia Riesling 2022 is a natural wine crafted by Saltaren, in the Rheingau region in Germany. This white wine from a Columbian Sommelier, Alex Saltaren Castro, who decided to make wine in Germany is made with Riesling grapes, which are aged for a year on the full yeast and in old 300-liter barrels. 

We have not yet tried this new wine, but hear from the importer that the fruit is delicately noble, fresh with citrus and a fine spicy kick. The firm, mineral core appreciates patience when enjoying it.
