O Faya Farm / Ô Fâya Farm
Ô Fâya Farm is a tiny natural wine estate, run by a female winemaker Ilona Thétaz. She is based in the Valais region in Switzerland and makes wine on her farm, full of biodiversity, animals and wildlife.
We hear the Ô Fâya Farm wines are vibrant, full of life and offer a different approach to what is expected, especially in her Chasselas (known in Germany as the grape Gutadel)
