Opi d'Aqui wine
Opi d'Aqui is run by Philippe Formentin, a natural wine producer from the hot Languedoc region in France. Farming his own grapes and sourcing from elsewhere, Opi d'Aqi (which means Opium from Here, an inside joke with a friend comparing Grenache in Languedoc to Opium in Thailand) makes wines using Grenache Blanc, Picpoul, Marsanne, Vermentino, Clairette, Grenache Noir, Mourvèdre, Carignan and Syrah.
