Hyper Modeste Pet Nat is a Pet Nat crafted by Domaine de Sulauze, in the Provence region in France. This crisp and refreshing sparkling wine is made with Trebbiano (which is called Ugni Blanc in France) and Vermentino grapes.

THIS MAGNUM IS VERY BIG! And has a tendancy to bubble over from the magnum when opened, so open cold and carrefully, ideally outside with two glasses to hand

This Pet Nat wine which is kindof inbetween a Cremant and a Pet Nat in style on the palete. Hyper Modeste wine is actually only available as a magnum, as it is the bigger bottle size of Super Modeste.

This Hypermodeste is fresh, clean, zippy and funk-free.

We enjoyed notes of melon, cucumber, light raspberry cordial and a touch of lemon sherbert. What a delight!
