Origine Bianco by Conti is a natural wine made in the Piedmonte region, in the north of Italy, with 100% Erbaluce grapes.

Conti describe this wine as "a red disguised as a white," which was born in 2018 from the curiosity to vinify the white grapes native to the area. Obtained through maceration on the skins for nearly two weeks, the wine, with its floral aroma and intense golden color, expresses the salinity and structure of a grape that expresses the mineral-rich soil.
