Sinestèsia Rosat 2024

Sinestèsia Rosat 2024 is a natural wine crafted by Pinyolet Vinyaters, in the Catalonia region in Spain. This wine in the style of a quirky and delicious Rosé wine, which is made with red Grenache which is then macerated with Grenache Blanc skins for 10 days. No added sulphites

This charming wine features a bright, golden orange /rosé colour with citrus aromas that recall the peel of grapefruit but there is also some umami kicks. On the palate, it is fresh, with a slightly bitter entry and balanced acidity. A versatile, gastronomic wine, ideal as an aperitif or to accompany dishes without overpowering their flavours.

Manual harvest of 2002 BC vineyard and 5-year-old vines trained in basic systems. Located at a height of 120m with deep clay-limestone soil. East-facing orientation, with a total of 1ha.
