Métis 2020 by Domaine Labet is a red-white blend wine made in the South of Jura with 35% Pinot Noir, 27% red grape varieties from the AOC Côtes du Jura, 15% Enfariné and 8% Mille. This wine is quite unique, and very different from their more classic style. It is sensitive to air, and should be drunk in one sitting. It may be reductive at first, so can benefit from a shake in the caraffe
