Bianco is a natural wine crafted by Valli Unite, in the Piedmonte region in Italy. This fresh and zippy white wine is made with Cortese grapes, which is good value and ideal for those new to natural wine, as not too wild and with some sulphites added.

There is also a budget friendly red and rose available..

Production details of Bianco (Valli Unite): Bianco is Valli Unite's everyday white, 100% Cortese from 20+ year-old vineyards that have never seen chemicals. Wild ferment with 3 days of skin contact for texture, then aged in stainless steel before light filtration and bottling with minimal sulphur. Valli Unite is a 30-family cooperative in Costa Vescovato, Piedmont.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Bianco by Valli Unite, but we hear it has notes of pear skin, bruised apple and a faint Parmesan rind savouriness.
