Tsolikouri No Skin 2023 is a natural wine crafted by Vino Martville, in the Western Samegrelo region in Georgia. This 12.5% white wine is made with Tsolikouri grapes, without skin contact as the name suggests.

With a vibrant nose of fresh pear, lemon sherbet, dried herbs with floral nuances. Long finish with lingering ripe fruits.

This wine ferments in qvevri with wild yeasts, It then matures six months in qvevri followed by six months in stainless steel. The wine is bottled unfiltered and with low sulfites, preserving its natural character.
