Forever Young is our own collaboration wine with Andi Weigand! This is a special edition, zero-added-sulphite wine we blended together with Andi in the Franken region in South Germany. ONLY 600 bottles made.

The details of Forever Young
Together with German winemaker ANDI WEIGAND we spent hours blending together a range of different options when we visited him in April, and landed on a mix we ABSOLUTELY ADORE!
Our wine "FOREVER YOUNG" is a fresh, fruity and aromatic white wine is made with 49% Riesling, 49% Müller Thurgau and 2% Muskateller grapes.
This juicy white with both vibrant fruit as well as minerality and very punchy acidity is a TOTAL THIRST QUENCHER - trust us!!
It’s crisp, it’s fun, BUT it’s also mineralic and with vibrant acidity.
Flavourwise this wine is about acidity and on the side you’ll find notes of yummy melon, salt, cucumber, limes, lemon zest and that stoney aspect that makes it more intriguing than you might expect! Utterly awesome, we are so proud to show you this!!
Vinification of Andi Weigand 'Forever Young'
This special edition, exclusive wine is made of three parts, whereby the Riesling from 65 year old vines and Müller-Thurgau were aged in large Tonneau barrels, and the Muskateller is aged in small Qvevri Amphora, which has 9 months skin contact, fermented in a semi-carbonic way. Blended together before bottling with zero added Sulphites (SO2)
Artwork & Name
For this fun and fresh wine best drunk young rather than aging, we wanted a striking image and had one in mind straightaway. This photo was taken by Chris many years ago on a visit to Naples, spotting old men cleaning shellfish they had caught, presumably to either sell or use themselves later.
The name Forever Young came to mind, more so with the easy glou glou drinkability of this wine and how the best attitude to life is to live every day as good as you can, not letting age stop you from having great life experiences.
