Production details of Riesling Junge Hunde: Riesling "Junge Hunde" ("Young Dogs") is the entry-level Riesling from Andreas and Cathrin Pfaffmann-Wiedemann at Der Glücksjäger in the Pfalz region of Germany. Worked entirely by hand, fermented in the cellar with no filtration. The Dalmatian dog on the label is their dog Anouk. Sulphur kept at 30-40 mg/l.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Riesling "Junge Hunde" by Der Glücksjäger, but we hear it has notes of green apple, peach, lime and a wild lemony lift.
