Pinot Blanc is a budget natural wine crafted by Hareter, in the Burgenland region in Austria. This white wine is made with Pinot Blanc grapes.

Production details of Pinot Blanc (Hareter): Pinot Blanc from Thomas and Claudia Hareter in Weiden am See, Burgenland. Grapes are hand-harvested, gently foot-crushed and ferment wild. 6 months on the fine lees in stainless steel. Minimal sulphur. Thomas took over the family winery in 2011 and the family converted to farming without synthetic chemistry in 2009.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Pinot Blanc by Hareter, but we hear it has notes of ripe pear, apple, candied orange peel and a delicate spiced texture.
