Blanc 2021 by Max Sein Wein is a natural wine made in Baden with Gewürztraminer, Müller-Thurgau & Silvaner grapes.

Winemaker Max Baumann trained with Gut Oggau and Judith Beck, and is known to leave his wines with long elebage in old barrels and let rest in the bottle before releasing to the public.

Production details of Blanc: Blanc is Max Baumann's white blend from Max Sein Wein in Dertingen, Baden, Germany. He works 3.5 hectares of family land using a lunar-calendar approach. The wine blends Gewürztraminer, Müller-Thurgau and Silvaner, ages 9 to 10 months in old barrels and a further 6 months in bottle before release. No added sulphur.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Blanc by Max Sein Wein, but we hear it has notes of ripe pear, apple, white flowers and a light smoky edge.
