Ab Initio is a natural white wine made with the creamy and equally refreshing Melon du Bourgogne, Chardonnay and Folle-blanche (Piquepoul).

Decant this one for best results to let the meadow flower aromas develop. We found it absolutely singing on the second day actually!

Ab Initio is a Loire wine project involving winemaker Emmanuel Roblin as well as Fred and Claire Niger from esteemed Domaine de l’Ecu.

Bottles are limited in quantity and despite being new and relatively unknown there is strong interest from winelovers!
