Sinfonia di Bianco is a natural white wine crafted by Alessandro Viola, in the Alcamo region in Sicily,Italy. This white wine is made with Grillo grapes, taken from Alessandro Viola's most premium plots called Santa Ninfa and Pietrarenosa.

This wine spends a little longer on the skins and is a complex showcase of Grillo, with a little tannic structure and notes of dried stone fruit and orange peel. We found it to have an incredible LIME vibrancy when we tried it with Alessandro in his vineyard. Documentary to follow soon.
