Spumante Blanc De Blancs by Alessandro Viola is an elegant, sparkling made in Sicily with Catarratto grapes.

This wine is very delicate, and truly a delight to drink. The bubbles are gentle and refined with an elegant mouthfeel. Highly recommended as an alternative to Cremant or Champagne.

We would argue this is the best Sicilian sparkling we have EVER had!
