Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo 2023 by Bossanova is made in Abruzzo with Cerasuolo grapes.

Production details of Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo: Cerasuolo is Bossanova's rosé from Abruzzo, made entirely from Montepulciano. The fruit is de-stemmed and pressed without skin maceration, then ferments and refines for about eight months in concrete tanks. Andrea and Nat farm 9 hectares in the Teramo hills using lunar-calendar techniques without synthetic chemistry. Sulphur is kept to a minimum.

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo by Bossanova, but we hear it has notes of wild strawberry, redcurrant, crunchy fresh herbs and a savoury freshness.
