The Buronfosse Cremant made with 100%& Chardonnay has a classic nose of bruised apples, lemon and brioche that could fool experienced blind tasters into thinking it was champagne...

Lifted acidity on the palate with some more fresher green apple vibes tingling away. Awesome now but would easily lie down for a few years.
