Bonsai 2020 by Claus Preisinger is a natural wine made in Burgenland, Austria with Blaufränkisch grapes.

This wine seems to be made in a creative way, and is called Bonsai because the vines on the small Ried Rosenberg look like bonsai trees thanks to stock culture, and needs to be farmed only by horse. We hear has notes of currants and sour cherries, alongside sage and lemon balm touches. Sounds interesting!

We ship every Wednesday. Order by Tuesday 10am.
