Blanc de Noirs Sumoll by Clos Lentiscus is a traditional method, sparkling wine made in Catalonia with Sumoll grapes, made a sa Blanc de Noir so not using the skins of the grapes but a direct press giving it a slight, mild Rosé tint.

Blanc de Noirs Sumoll is a damn tasty fizz, with a taste reminding us of brioche, raspberry cordial and apples
