Helena 2021 Pet Nat by Dluhe Grefty is a juicy, sparkling wine made in Moravia with Saint Laurent, Zweigelt and Blaufränkisch grapes.

Total juice for a pet nat!

Non-explosive as colour may have suggested it could be (seems to be the case sometimes when so cloudy…).

Tart and sour rhubarb notes mingling with herbal touches, vanilla, baking spices and and cherry car sweets. A delight!
