Pinot Draga 2018 is a natural wine crafted by Kmetija Stekar, in the Brda region in Slovenia. This is right on the border of Italy, where the winery farms 5 hectares of vines.

This serious, structured and complex orange wine is made with Pinot Grigio grapes, which undergo 20 days of skin-contact maceration before seeing 36 months of aging in Acacia barrels. No added sulphites. Expect depth, tannin, complexity and energy.
