Pet Nat Babeasca Rosé is a natural wine crafted by La Sapata , in the Podgoria Sarica Niculitel region in Romania. This sparkling wine is made with Babeasca Negra grapes, which translates to Black Grandmother

We have not yet tried this wine but hear it has a lively perlage, wonderfully light-toned yeastiness, rich fruit on the palate, especially rhubarb and sour cherry. A small, stimulating bitter aftertaste at the end. 

We ship every Wednesday. Order by Tuesday 10am.
