Domaine de la Tournelle make their popular wine "L'UVA Arbosiana" with carbonic Poulsard. Using no added sulphur, this wine is very expressive and slightly peppery.

It's light, earthy and with lively bitter notes coating your palate in the best way alongside spice and sour cherries. It’s utterly delicious! 😋
