Les Vins Pirouettes is a natural wine collective, based in the Alsace region in France.

Pulpe is a top value mix of Auxerrois, Chasselas, Riesling and Silvaner. No added sulphur. Ten months in barrel. Salty minerally quality with stone fruit.

Pulpe has tasting notes of melon, lemon pith, wet stone and honeysuckle. A DOPE refreshing white wine, that tastes like licking a wet rock hehe!

We ship every Wednesday. Order by Tuesday 10am.
