Monocromo #1 (Passerina del Frusinata) 2022 is a natural wine crafted by Macciocca, in the Lazio region in Italy. This serious white wine is made with Passerina del Frusinate and Malvasia grapes, cultivated in the region of Civitella. This 11.5% wine is aged in cement tanks as well as stainless steel. 

To our knowledge, this wine does not have any added sulphites but this needs verification.
