Blanc 2022 by Matassa is a natural wine made in Roussillon with Grenache Gris and Macabeu grapes.

This vintage which features skin contact, needs a carafe to breathe and open up, which when it does gives with beautiful notes of mandarin, orange blossom, rose water and mild hints of bitter lychee.

Takes some time to open up. Age if you can wait for better results.
