FAR is a natural wine crafted by bubble master Mirco Mariotti, in the Emilia-Romagna region in Italy.

This Pet Nat sparkling wine is made with Albanella grapes, which is unusual as these grapes are pretty much exclusively found the Marche region of Italy! Perhaps this is why this pet nat is called FAR?

We expect it to taste fresh, minerally and midly tropical in taste.
