Puits Saint Pierre 2022 is a natural wine crafted by Philippe Chatillon, in the Jura region in France. This white wine is made with Savagnin grapes, taken from 30 year old vines on his most prized plot on a terrace of Grey Marl and limestone. Aged in old oak and topped up, this wine might be expensive but is an absolute treasure!

NATURAL WINES BY PHILIPPE CHATILLON

Philippe Chatillon is behind some of the best wines coming out of Jura. With nearly two decades of experience as the estate manager at Domaine de la Pinte, he knew the region inside and out. But in 2013, he decided to break out on his own, driven by a desire to make wines without added sulfites—something he couldn’t fully control while working for the domaine (which, at the time, was run by his then-wife). Now, he’s crafting wines completely on his own terms, and the wines speak for themselves.
