Vin Jaune 2016 is a natural wine crafted by Philippe Chatillon, in the Jura region in France. This oxidative white wine age under Flor for at least 6 years and 3 months is made with Savagnin grapes and bottled in a 62cl Clavelin bottle, as is standard.

This 2016 vintage is absolutely sensational, with the typical curry powder note alongside walnut and sultanas. Truly a gem.. but age it for a decade and you will be rewarded even further...
