Punkista 'Veltín + Sauvignon' 2018 by Robert Osička is a sparkling wine made in Moravia, in the Czech Republic with Grüner Veltliner and Sauvignon Blanc grapes.

SUPPLIER NOTES: Creaminess and refined delicate bubbles to go with classic crémant flavours. Ideal for a New Years Eve or other tuxedo & evening dress celebration.

Traditional method, Blanc de Blancs made of 50:50 Sauvignon Blanc and Grüner Veltliner.

Grapes come from vineyards which are >30 years old with loess soils.

On the nose, expect notes of green apples, freshly mowed grass and a bit of earthiness.

Taste is very expressive and refreshing, with a balanced out acidity and a nice mineral trail.
