There are not toooo many natural Burgundy producers, and the very respected Julien Altaber is sure one to try. This La Fleur au Verre Rouge is his entry level red Burgundy, made with Pinot Noir (as required)

A little bit vegetal at first, young notes of blackberry, and apple. Perhaps one to save in the cellar for a few years to fully express itself.
