Syfany owns and farms five vineyards around Vrbice with grape varieties typical for the region. The term “terroir” is something they take quite seriously - all grapes and even materials used at the winery come from the region, even the acacia wood used for their barrels comes from a forest nearby!

Most Syfany wines age in wooden acacia barrels and are kept on the lees for up to 12 months. Acacia barrels allow the beautiful fresh aromatics of the grapes to be the star, but they add a bit of body, resulting in beautifully harmonic wines that are fresh, full of life and very easy to drink.

This one here is a refreshing pet nat, with aromas of raspberries and cream.
