Secondary Sauvignon is a natural wine crafted by Syfany, in the Moravia region in Czech Republic. This white wine is made with Sauvignon Blanc grapes, and is said to feature notes of cream, citrus fruits, pear, aromas of brioche and an amazing Perlage. It started as a still wine with the 2019 vintage which was re-fermented again with a fresh must from the 2022 harvest.
