Grelots 2020 by Sylvain Bock is a natural wine made in Ardeche with Grenache, Syrah and Merlot grapes, which are made together using carbonic maceration. We hear this wine is meant to have nice acidity keeping it punchy and fresh.

Sylvain Bock made wine for different winemakers all over the world for 10 years, before making his own domain.
