Gaitù 2022 by Valli Unite is a natural wine made in Piedmont with Barbera grapes. This hearty red wine is ideal for rich pastas and big meaty Barbeques.

Production details of Gaitù: Gaitù is 100% Barbera from Valli Unite in Costa Vescovato, Piedmont, under the Colli Tortonesi DOC. The wine ferments in stainless steel, then matures for several months in cement vats. Bottled with minimal sulphur (below 40 mg/l).

Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Gaitù by Valli Unite, but we hear it has notes of plum, sour cherry, blackberry, violet and a touch of eucalyptus.
