Jaroslav Osicka is a natural wine producer from the Moravia region in Czech Republic, who is often referred to as one of the godfathers of Natural Wine in the Czech Repoublic. Having been growing wine without chemicals for over 40 years and teaching winemaking too, Jaroslav Osicka takes a low intervention approach in the cellar as well as the vineyard of 3 hectares.
