A beautiful stay on Etna

We actually stayed at the Etnella agritourismo for a month in winter 2018, before we had set up MORE Natural Wine. There is a small vineyard by the house, as Davide has plots all over so this is not his main place of work. Molten lava was everywhere, sunrises were beautiful and the tranquility of Etna was surreal.

A lighter expression of Etna Wines

Etnella wines are serious, yet they can are also be playful wines to enjoy too. For example, Attia Bianco is a blend of Chasselas Ibrido, Carricante ,Trebbiano, Moscato, Grecanico.

We personally this his Kaos Rosso 2020, which blends Nerello Mascalese with a 15% splash of Nerello Capuccio to he the masterpiece of this range.

Kaos Rosso 2020 features notes of violets, bramble fruit and hints of leather alongside that volcanic minerality shining through. A lighter take on an Etna red, yet still with tingly tannins making it ideal for hearty dishes.
