Domaine De Saint Pierre is currently run by Fabrice Dodane, a natural wine producer from Jura region of France known for amazing wines like Chateau Renard, Savagnin de Voile, Le Dos d´Chat, Rouge & Les Gaudrettes. Based in the small village of Mathenay, his certified estate covers 6 hectares in the Arbois and Côtes du Jura AOCs, which feature limestone & marl soils.
Fabrice Dodane has been strongly influenced and guided by Emmanuel Houillon of Overnoy-Houillon as well as Jean-Francois Ganevat, and there are for sure similarities in the wines.
