Jackie 2025 is a natural wine crafted by La Sorga in the Languedoc region of France. This Pet Nat wine is made with Grenache Blanc grapes, grown on 67 year old vines

Grown on limestone marl soils in Aspiran, in the Hérault Valley, this pet-nat is named, like several of La Sorga's labels, with a playful nod to martial arts (this one to Bruce Lee, but Jackie Chan!).

The grapes are direct-pressed, with only the second-press juice selected, then fermented in tank. Bottling is done by gravity on a favourable moon, followed by 7 months on lees and hand disgorgement, with no added sulphites.

Winemaker tasting notes describe a nose full of peach, anise, greengage plum, pear and chalk. The palate is described as well-toned with a creamy, persistent bubble, a real fruit bomb with terrific drinkability.

Drink this zero-zero wine in one sitting, as it will likely not hold over to the next day.

1,200 bottles were produced.

We ship every Wednesday. Order by Tuesday 10am.
